NorthBay integrated Oracle Cloud HCM Onboarding with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Cloud ERP to establish shared master data and consistent user experiences across HR and finance. The integration scope covered HR, recruiting, payroll and finance functions and enabled employee record synchronization to support workforce and financial planning across NorthBay Medical Center, NorthBay VacaValley Hospital, the 100 provider primary and specialty care medical group, the NorthBay Cancer Center and a medical fitness center.
Governance and rollout were coordinated between NorthBay IT and HR leadership with Alithya providing implementation services and advisory support. The implementation delivered the stated benefits of increased efficiencies and productivity through automation and collaboration, and improved visibility and actionable insights to drive performance, allowing NorthBay to automate repetitive tasks and focus on career development and workforce and financial planning while institutionalizing Oracle Cloud HCM Onboarding as the organization wide Onboarding capability.
