Apave | Professional Services | 17500 | $1.6B | France | SAP | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | 2021 |
In 2021, Apave implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its core ERP S/4 HANA application, classified as ERP Financial, in a project led by AYMAX with close collaboration from the INSOMEA Microsoft Azure team. The rollout targeted ACT International APAVE within the group and deployed SAP S/4 HANA on Microsoft Azure across all system environments including development, quality, production, and Fiori to centralize transactional and control processes.
The implementation covered standard S/4 HANA modules and functional areas, including FICO, SD, MM, HR, CS, and PM, and addressed purchasing, sales, procurement, accounting, fixed asset accounting, authorization management, logistics, and human resources processes. Functional workstreams delivered specific capabilities such as subscription inspection management under Fiori, embedding the technical algorithm for annual subscriber fee calculation into business processes, deployment of service orders with Travel Expense integration, digitization of technical control of constructions, distinct SD flows for three customer types, and a workflow for incoming order desk documents.
Architecturally the solution used SAP S/4 HANA with HANA database technologies, SAP Fiori for UX, SOLMAN for ITSM and transport management via CHARM, and platform components including SCP and BTP with ODATA, ABAP, ALV, SmartForms, Flexible Workflow and cockpit tooling. The Azure cloud deployment provided rapid environment provisioning in three to four days, a high availability SLA of 99.95 percent, and included disaster recovery and backup services, while the implementation team of 20 consultants operated from Aymax Tunisia over the course of one year using the SAP Activate methodology.
Governance and run model included Agile sprint ceremonies, support level 1 2 3 organization, SOLMAN-based incident and transport management, monthly KPI reviews in contract committee, and deliverable quality controls. Outcomes stated by the project include rationalizing Apave’s IT landscape around a single SAP S/4 HANA ERP, increasing system capacity and secure information flow through cloud deployment, and establishing a technology platform intended as a long term pillar for the company’s evolution.

Avril Group | Consumer Packaged Goods | 8404 | $8.5B | France | SAP | SAP Warehouse Management | Warehouse Management | 2018 |
In 2018, Avril Group implemented SAP Warehouse Management to formalize Warehouse Management capabilities across its consumer packaged goods operations. The deployment focused on SAP Warehouse Management as the primary warehouse control layer connecting inventory orchestration with broader enterprise processes.
The implementation configured standard Warehouse Management capabilities including inventory tracking, goods receipt and putaway flows, picking and packing processes, storage bin management, and warehouse movement documentation. SAP Warehouse Management was configured to interoperate with SAP ERP modules, and configuration work emphasized process alignment between SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, and QM and the WM module to ensure transactional consistency.
Integrations were implemented with external planning and execution systems that are part of Avril Group's stack, notably the APS Futurmaster instance for demand and supply planning, OTM for transport execution, and the company LIMS for quality data exchange. The solution supported cross-functional processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Quality, with integration points designed to maintain inventory accuracy and handoffs between planning, execution, and quality control.
Governance and operational ownership were formalized through a central functional team model, with an IT consulting lead responsible for alignment of processes and functionalities, monitoring the functional integration of the solution, and maintaining deployed applications in operational conditions. The implementation engaged SI AYMAX and included management oversight of a 30-person multi-domain functional analyst team responsible for process consistency, completeness of end-to-end workflows, and ongoing application maintenance.

Bouygues Telecom | Communications | 10500 | $8.5B | France | SAP | SAP Fiori | Apps Development | 2020 |
In 2020 Bouygues Telecom implemented SAP Fiori as part of its Apps Development efforts to standardize user experience for logistics operations. The program delivered a suite of SAP Fiori applications, totaling 66 applications, aimed at streamlining task-based workflows within the BOUYGUES Logistic Division.
Implementation work was executed with SI partner AYMAX, who initiated the engagement with rapid profile definition and proof of concept FIORI demonstrations. The implementation emphasized role based profiles and application-level configuration common to Apps Development, enabling lightweight, task oriented Fiori screens and simplified navigation for logistics operators.
Architecturally the deployment focused on SAP Fiori delivering a front end for logistics workflows integrated with Bouygues Telecoms SAP landscape, with AYMAX forming a persistent team of technical experts to support development and sustainment. Operational coverage centered on the logistics division, where the Fiori applications were configured to support warehouse and logistics business functions and to be rolled out iteratively following POC validation.
Governance and operational ownership were retained by the BOUYGUES Logistic Division, supported by the AYMAX technical team which Bouygues Telecom credits with underpinning the ongoing success of its logistics projects. Nadège Palou Head of the BOUYGUES Logistic Division has identified the AYMAX led team as a core factor in the success of the SAP Fiori Apps Development initiative.
