Blissim acted as the implementation partner during the rollout, implementing the API integration to preserve Bizimply’s single sign in experience for frontline managers and to embed signing into existing operational workflows. The deployment targeted operational HR and store manager workflows used by customers such as Costa, Vodafone, and KFC, extending document workflows into the platform used by shift supervisors and regional HR teams.
Governance changes routed signed documents into Bizimply’s central record stores and audit trails, and revised approval workflows so signatures serve as part of standard HR processes rather than ad hoc external steps. By embedding Dropbox Sign API (formerly HelloSign API) as the Digital Signing layer, Bizimply eliminated the need for printing, scanning, or third party signing tools and aligned electronic signature controls with its platform level access and reporting.
