Financial controls and audit support were baked into day-to-day operations: staff audited employee expense reports in Expensify to meet IRS guidelines, researched and reconciled audit information from QuickBooks and Intacct, contacted vendors on billing issues, and ensured required documentation and approvals for General Ledger items, covering finance interactions with sales, operations and team development.
