The project included strong analysis and design of integration points across more than 15 third party applications, explicitly including Salesforce, SAP, Accelim, EDI, Avatax, Xactly, Concur, RevPro, Workday, Arena and ADP, with banking integration to Wells Fargo and budget control integration to Adaptive Planning. Technical and functional experts defined interfaces and process orchestration to maintain transactional continuity across these systems.
Rollout was phased across 30 plus countries and completed over a 10 month implementation timeline, including extended user acceptance testing sessions and user adoption programs. Governance emphasized phased go live waves and business process management adjustments in supply chain and finance to operationalize master planning and production processes.
