Manufacturing | 250 | $25M | Poland | IFS | IFS HCM Payroll | Payroll | 2020 | In 2020 SIMET implemented IFS HCM Payroll as part of a broader IFS Applications version 10 rollout to strengthen payroll and workforce administration for its manufacturing operations. The engagement was led by InfoConsulting Poland Sp. z o.o. and targeted payroll processing needs for about 270 employees across production and support functions. The program ran almost a year and was organized into two phases, pre implementation analysis that produced a Solution Design, followed by system implementation and dedicated post production assistance. IFS HCM Payroll was configured alongside IFS HR and Payroll, IFS Finances, IFS Distribution, IFS Production, IFS Maintenance, IFS CRM, IFS Quality Control, IFS Business Reporter and IFS Projects, creating a unified application stack supporting transactional payroll, payroll reporting and employee lifecycle workflows. Operational coverage included human resources, finance, production planning and distribution functions within SIMET Poland, with payroll processing integrated into core financial ledgers and HR master data. Reporting needs were addressed through InfoReports developed by InfoConsulting to provide faster report generation, while IFS HCM Payroll handled category specific payroll calculations and payroll reporting required by the organization. Governance followed a joint project management model with SIMET project lead Adam Cimosz and InfoConsulting project lead Adam Domagała, supported by expert delivery teams responsible for configuration, testing and go live support. The deployment delivered IFS HCM Payroll integrated into the wider IFS Applications environment and concluded with dedicated assistance after production launch.

Utilities | 142 | $10M | Poland | IFS | IFS HCM Payroll | Payroll | 2017 | In 2017, OPWiK implemented IFS HCM Payroll and achieved an on time go live in March 2017, aligned with the project schedule. The IFS HCM Payroll deployment served as the payroll component of a broader IFS upgrade and is explicitly positioned in the Payroll category. The upgrade covered finance, distribution, repairs, HR and payroll modules, while also streamlining lab, public procurement and investment support mechanisms. Configuration work emphasized payroll calculation workflows, HR records management, payroll reporting and the orchestration of related financial and maintenance processes consistent with Payroll category capabilities. IFS was deployed to integrate all key business processes across OPWiK and is tightly integrated with the GIS system to support management of maintenance and repairs across the entire infrastructure. In parallel ABS Billing and ABS e-BOK solutions, as well as the GIS system, were upgraded to maintain interoperability and preserve end to end process continuity. The project was executed by InfoConsulting and delivered more than 60 satisfied users on the platform, with OPWiK leadership stating the upgrade achieved its key goals. Governance changes centralized procurement, investment support and maintenance workflows to align operational teams with the new IFS HCM Payroll driven processes.

Manufacturing | 995 | $240M | Poland | IFS | IFS HCM Payroll | Payroll | 2015 | In 2015, Kuznia Polska implemented IFS HCM Payroll as part of a company-wide IFS ERP deployment led by InfoConsulting. The project aimed to centralize data and provide management with real time access to detailed business information, addressing prior fragmentation from unintegrated IT tools. The deployment included functional modules implemented across finance, distribution, manufacturing, maintenance, quality and human resources, specifically IFS Financials, IFS Distribution, IFS Manufacturing, IFS Maintenance, IFS Quality Management, IFS Human Resources and IFS Payroll. IFS HCM Payroll was configured alongside the IFS Human Resources module to provide payroll processing capabilities consistent with payroll category workflows, including employee master data alignment, payroll run orchestration, statutory pay processing and payroll reporting. Architecturally the solution was delivered as a centralized IFS ERP instance with data entered at source across production halls and operational units, enabling real time data capture for production, toolroom activity and employee transactions. The implementation followed a two stage program, analysis then implementation, and concluded with technical assistance after a January 2015 go live, positioning IFS as the system of record for cross functional operational and financial data. Governance and process changes were instituted through workflow mechanisms with defined confirmation paths, and production and toolroom registrations were standardized in the system to improve traceability. Project governance involved management and project teams from Kuznia Polska working with InfoConsulting to execute configuration, testing and production start up, enabling consistent data entry, approval routing and operational controls across business functions. Explicit outcomes reported by the company include process streamlining, centralized data, real time business management data access, improved manufacturing planning, full product traceability, better warehouse and quality management and more effective cost control. The IFS deployment established IFS HCM Payroll and the broader IFS suite as a central operational platform supporting manufacturing, finance, HR and payroll functions.
