The technical approach used customized Workday integration logic to orchestrate multi-company, multi-site inbound and outbound transactions. Project governance was led by a project leader and IT systems analyst roles responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, build, testing, cutover, and post cutover support through April 30, 2018.
