Professional Services | 23 | $40M | United Kingdom | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management | Supply Chain Management | 2022 | In 2022, KellyDeli implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management as its Supply Chain Management platform, engaging Prodware to lead a cloud-first consolidation of its ERP footprint. The project targeted centralization of data to support KellyDeli’s autonomous sushi kiosk network, which operates more than 1,000 points of sale across 13 European countries, and to enable scalable management of kiosks and franchises as well as new distribution models. The deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Dynamics 365 Finance addressed core modules across the commercial process, covering sales, purchasing, procurement and human resources. The implementation emphasized common master data and consolidated transactional data to reduce manual Excel work and to streamline logistics and financial workflows, while enabling Click & Collect and other online to physical retail integration. Integration work intentionally focused on interconnection with the Microsoft productivity stack, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Skype, to improve user productivity and data flow between operational teams and back office functions. Prodware structured the cloud architecture to centralize operations and to support rollout across all countries, positioning the ERP as the single source of truth for commerce and logistics orchestration. Governance and operational transformation centered on standardizing processes across business entities and exploiting shared data to improve monitoring of finances and cross‑service collaboration. The consolidated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management platform is described as a foundation to industrialize the Click & Collect distribution model across KellyDeli’s markets and to support future organizational developments. | |

Professional Services | 23 | $40M | United Kingdom | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations | ERP Financial | 2022 | In 2022 KellyDeli deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial application to consolidate group financial processes. Prodware served as the implementation partner and the Head of Enterprise Systems was made accountable for delivery and global support across enterprise systems including ERP, PLM, Data/BI and HRIS. The implementation focused on core finance capabilities and group consolidation, with configuration centered on financial ledger consolidation and standardized reporting. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations was instrumented to support period close workflows and group-level financial reporting, driving centralized consolidation capabilities across reporting processes. Deployment architecture followed a phased multi-country rollout, stabilizing an initial release where four markets were already live, then reactivating and rebaselining the schedule to bring six additional markets through to go-live. The program completed go-live across ten countries UK, FR, ES, NL, DE, BE, ITL, DK, SE, FI and entered a structured hypercare phase before handover to business as usual operations. Governance changes included a rebaseline of project schedules, active hypercare governance during post go-live stabilization, and centralized stewardship of reporting and consolidation workflows at the group level. The project was formally closed after the hypercare period and responsibility for ongoing support and incremental change was transitioned into the enterprise systems function. |
