Project scope included implementation of Opportune HRMS in a subsidiary and coordination of a separate initiative to transition the direct sales channel to Tech Mahindra, reflecting a multi‑track delivery model that ran in parallel with the Oracle Cloud HCM work. The program engaged cross functional project resources, external consultants and subject matter experts to align HR process design with operational needs across sites and legal entities.
Governance was led by a named project head for Human Resource Management System, with structured requirement gathering, scoping, execution and control phases, cost benefit analysis and implementation baselines. The team established stakeholder management routines, an operating mechanism for project execution and post closure stability controls, and positioned Oracle Cloud HCM to support OYO Rooms expansion from 30 to 100 cities as part of the broader HR automation agenda.
