Distribution | 280 | $30M | United States | Koerber AG | Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge (Formerly AccellosOne WMS) | Warehouse Management | 2019 |
In 2019 Eastland Foods Corporation completed deployment of Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge (Formerly AccellosOne WMS) as part of a combined SAP Business One and WMS initiative executed from Oct 2018 to Dec 2019 with Sapphire Systems. The implementation targeted core distribution and warehouse operations for the company, aligning warehouse execution with order capture and inventory planning across its distribution organization.
Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge was configured to provide standard Warehouse Management capabilities including inbound receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting, task-directed picking, packing and shipping orchestration. The implementation emphasized mobile data capture and WMS-driven workflows to standardize order fulfillment and inventory accuracy, and included configuration of lot and serial handling where required by distribution clients.
The WMS was integrated with SAP Business One for order and financial synchronization, Pepperi for front-end order capture, Valogix for inventory optimization, and Argentis for complementary supply chain functions, creating an integrated stack for order orchestration and inventory visibility. These integrations supported end to end material flow from order entry through warehouse execution and back office reconciliation, with interfaces managed as part of the project scope.
Sapphire Systems led the delivery and governance, executing a phased rollout and configuration governance model that combined application configuration, training, and cutover coordination with SAP Business One teams. The program closed in Dec 2019 and established documented WMS workflows and operational ownership with warehouse and fulfillment teams for ongoing support and continuous configuration management.

In 2019, Eastland Foods Corporation deployed VALOGIX Inventory Planner as a core component of its Inventory Management stack. The program timeline ran from October 2018 through December 2019 and focused on strengthening inventory planning across its distribution operations.
VALOGIX Inventory Planner was configured to deliver demand forecasting, automated replenishment calculations, SKU-level safety stock and reorder point optimization, and multi-echelon inventory planning workflows. Configuration work emphasized SKU segmentation and replenishment rule sets appropriate to food distribution, aligning forecasting parameters and order generation logic to existing purchasing cycles.
The implementation was executed with Sapphire Systems and integrated VALOGIX Inventory Planner with SAP Business One for master data, item and transaction synchronization, and with HighJump Edge for warehouse receipt and fulfillment process alignment. The environment also included Pepperi and Argentis components, which were connected to provide sales and inventory signals into the VALOGIX planning engine, creating a consistent data pipeline for demand and inventory updates.
Governance activities established cross-functional replenishment ownership across purchasing, operations and warehouse teams, instituting inventory review cadences and exception workflows. Sapphire Systems led configuration, testing and staged cutovers across inventory nodes to coordinate go-live and operational handoff.
