Lockheed Martin UK | Aerospace and Defense | 924 | $338M | United Kingdom | Triaster | Triaster Process Library | Business Process Management | 2012 |
In 2012 Lockheed Martin UK Ampthill implemented the Triaster Process Library as a user-focused Quality Management System to support AS9100 and TickITPlus accreditation in the United Kingdom. The Triaster Process Library is a Business Process Management application used to capture visual process maps and structured QMS content for operational clarity and audit traceability.
Two Triaster consultants were embedded with Lockheed Martin staff to convert and map existing process documentation into the new library. Implemented capabilities emphasized process mapping, structured document storage, navigable process flows, searchable indexes, and audit evidence capture to make procedural content accessible to the quality organization.
The rollout targeted the Ampthill site and was executed through collaborative workshops and conversion sprints with internal process owners, establishing process governance, version control and ownership workflows. The library launched in summer 2013 and governance changes focused on maintaining mapped processes, role responsibilities and traceability for audits.
Operational scope concentrated on the quality function and audit preparedness, delivering easier navigation, improved search and stronger documentary evidence for audits. Triaster acted as the implementation partner and consulting resource throughout process conversion and deployment.

The AA | Insurance | 7041 | $1.7B | United Kingdom | Triaster | Triaster Process Library | Business Process Management | 2011 |
In 2011, The AA implemented Triaster Process Library as its Integrated Management System for quality and to support ISO 9001:2015 transition across its UK operations. The AA implemented Triaster Process Library, a Business Process Management platform, to centralize process documentation and embed continuous improvement into operational workflows.
The implementation configured the Triaster Process Library as a centrally governed process map repository with structured process modeling, controlled publishing, version management, and role-based access for quality and operations teams. Configuration emphasized process capture, standardized process documentation, and mechanisms for continuous improvement capture and verification consistent with Business Process Management practices.
Triaster acted as the implementation partner and supplied conversion tooling for legacy maps to accelerate content migration into the Process Library. Operational coverage focused on IMS users and quality teams across The AA in the United Kingdom, increasing visibility of processes and enabling more frequent IMS interactions.
Governance was reoriented to use the Triaster Process Library as the authoritative IMS record, supporting auditability for ISO 9001:2015 and embedding routine process review cycles. The program delivered stated business improvements of approximately A3250K A3350K per year and increased annual IMS visits from around 70,000 to over 700,000, with Triaster continuing to supply tooling and support for map conversion.
