Implemented capabilities emphasized process mapping, structured document storage, navigable process flows, searchable indexes, and audit evidence capture to make procedural content accessible to the quality organization.
The rollout targeted the Ampthill site and was executed through collaborative workshops and conversion sprints with internal process owners, establishing process governance, version control and ownership workflows. The library launched in summer 2013 and governance changes focused on maintaining mapped processes, role responsibilities and traceability for audits.
Operational scope concentrated on the quality function and audit preparedness, delivering easier navigation, improved search and stronger documentary evidence for audits. Triaster acted as the implementation partner and consulting resource throughout process conversion and deployment.
