The project also involved converting or mapping Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central structures to support ongoing transactional processing and reporting. Governance and rollout were organized under the Director of Finance with the Senior Financial Systems Analyst accountable for system administration, documentation, training, and ongoing change management. Responsibilities included policy and procedure standardization, user training materials for finance and accounting teams, maintenance of SQL data exchange templates, and collaboration with IT and external consultants to operationalize integrations and support finance driven process changes.
