Functional capabilities implemented included configurable risk level settings, match status management, adjustable fuzzy matching, and entity-level coverage for customers, associated UBOs, directors and shareholders, surfacing richer adverse media and watchlist signals directly into 4Stop workflows. Integration architecture centered on API-driven data flows into 4Stop’s compliance orchestration layer, enabling near real-time enrichment and event-driven alerts for monitored entities. Operational scope focused on 4Stop’s client base and compliance teams, with the ComplyAdvantage Mesh connection acting as a continuous data feed to support automated screening and ongoing monitoring processes. Governance and process changes included exposing configurable matching parameters to clients so they could align search fuzziness and risk thresholds with their risk-based approach, and instituting a client feedback loop to refine match rates. As an outcome of the implementation, clients reported improved ability to meet compliance watchlist requirements and a significant reduction in false positives due to richer insights and customizable parameters provided by ComplyAdvantage Mesh.
