| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics GP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Here Technologies deployed Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial application to standardize core accounting processes across the corporation. The Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation targeted corporate finance and accounting functions to centralize transaction processing, vendor payment tracking, and period close controls.
Configuration focused on ERP Financial modules typical for the category, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, with attention to chart of accounts rationalization and automated period close workflows. The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP also emphasized accounts payable workflows and vendor master data to support consistent financial reporting.
Operationally the program incorporated contract review and vendor payment summarization into accounts payable processes, maintaining a centralized list of vendors with payment summaries to align contract cost impact with payment schedules. Governance centered on finance and procurement process alignment, with documented procedures for vendor payment approval and contract cost tracking within Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Rollout and operational coverage emphasized finance and procurement teams, leveraging internal familiarity with PeopleSoft, SAP, Great Plains, and NetSuite to accelerate configuration and user training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office supported data extraction, migration staging, and reconciliation activities during the Microsoft Dynamics GP deployment.

| Adobe Systems | Legacy | Adobe WorkFront | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Here Technologies deployed Adobe WorkFront as a Business Process Management application. The implementation is visible on the company website where Adobe WorkFront is used to capture work intake and route digital requests into structured project workflows.
Adobe WorkFront was configured to provide core Business Process Management capabilities including intake form orchestration, project planning and task scheduling, resource assignment, approval workflows, and proofing of creative assets. The configuration emphasizes standardized request metadata and workflow templates to enforce repeatable processing for digital content and marketing deliverables.
The deployment integrates work intake from the public website into internal teams, enabling automated routing to functions that own content production and digital operations. Operational coverage is described at the functional level across marketing, content, and digital project management rather than as a named system integration.
Governance focused on centralized intake and workflow orchestration, with defined approval stages and role-based assignment to streamline request handoffs. Adobe WorkFront is framed as the Business Process Management backbone for Here Technologies content and marketing operations, supporting consistent process execution and structured work governance.

| Appen | Legacy | Figure Eight Platform | ML and Data Science Platforms | AI Development | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, HERE Technologies deployed the Figure Eight Platform as part of its mapping data pipeline to support sign detection model training. The Figure Eight Platform, categorized as ML and Data Science Platforms, was selected to address video annotation at scale for the company goal of identifying and geolocating every road sign on earth, with an operational scope targeting tens of thousands of kilometers of driven roads for ground truth collection.
The implementation used Figure Eight Platform's Machine Learning assisted Video Object Tracking workflow which combines human annotation and automated tracking. Initial annotation is performed by a human labeler who places bounding boxes over signs on the first frame, and a deep learning ensemble predicts label movement across subsequent frames so labels persist and only require correction. The persistent label model supports multiple instances of the same class in a frame, enabling annotators to drag or resize persisted boxes rather than annotate each frame from scratch.
Integration was built around multi camera vehicle video capture, ingesting synchronized feeds from front facing, rear facing, left facing, and right facing cameras into the Figure Eight Platform. Annotated sequences produced through the platform feed mapping teams, researchers, and developers who use the labels as ground truth to train and evaluate sign detection algorithms. The system architecture emphasizes human in the loop data curation and a video object tracking inference layer to reduce per frame annotation load.
Operational workflow and governance centered on contributor led annotation with an edit and validation loop, where human reviewers correct machine suggested labels and quality assurance gates validate sequences before they are promoted to training datasets. The Figure Eight Platform was configured to persist annotations across long video segments and to surface instances that are hard to predict, enabling iterative dataset curation and targeted rework by labeling teams. This restructure shifted effort from exhaustive frame by frame labeling to corrective verification of tracked annotations.
HERE Technologies reported that using Figure Eight Platform's video object tracking addresses the impracticality of frame by frame annotation and is expected to dramatically accelerate the creation of actionable ground truth for sign detection models. The approach supports the company objective of precise sign localization and improved model training data, while reducing the annotation burden associated with hours of vehicle video.
