Infrastructure and integration activities were managed as part of the delivery, including tenant provisioning, license allocations, creation of production and sandbox environments and infrastructure readiness coordination. Deliveries were orchestrated across an in-house team, an offshore RSM US team and third-party service providers, with vendor management focused on integration components and the client IT provider, and escalation paths included working directly with Microsoft for product specific limitations. Program governance established regular gate reviews, RAID based risk management, weekly flash reporting on schedule effort and cost, and weekly steering committee meetings to drive decisions and sign-offs. The team managed releases, service management, upgrades and continuous improvements, and explicitly reported a successful on-time Business Central delivery for a leisure client in 2019 that resulted in client appreciation and internal recognition.

Governance for the Webex environment was practiced through event-centric workflows run by marketing and learning teams, covering content review, session scheduling, and post-event asset management. The platform use strengthened cross-department communication between marketing and corporate finance and became the standard channel for remote presentations and internal training at RSM UK.
