| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, RSM UK implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across client engagements, delivering three Business Central ERP implementations and one Customer Engagement CRM engagement while operating within the ERP Financial category. The work was executed as client-facing, end-to-end project delivery with the stated objective of managing phase transformations from presales to sales, delivery and support.
The implementation scope encompassed core ERP Financial workflows including financial management, billing and invoicing, project budget monitoring and project accounting aligned to client requirements. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was configured alongside Continia and standard Microsoft collaboration tools, and project delivery artifacts included detailed MS Project plans, requirements traceability matrices, workshop documentation and demo preparation to support configuration and testing.
Infrastructure and integration activities were managed as part of the delivery, including tenant provisioning, license allocations, creation of production and sandbox environments and infrastructure readiness coordination. Deliveries were orchestrated across an in-house team, an offshore RSM US team and third-party service providers, with vendor management focused on integration components and the client IT provider, and escalation paths included working directly with Microsoft for product specific limitations.
Program governance established regular gate reviews, RAID based risk management, weekly flash reporting on schedule effort and cost, and weekly steering committee meetings to drive decisions and sign-offs. The team managed releases, service management, upgrades and continuous improvements, and explicitly reported a successful on-time Business Central delivery for a leisure client in 2019 that resulted in client appreciation and internal recognition.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 RSM UK implemented Cisco Webex Meetings to standardize webinar hosting and live virtual training across the firm. The deployment supported the marketing team and corporate finance group as primary users, and was used to stage internal corporate events including an annual corporate finance conference that hosted over 200 attendees, as well as recurring online webinars and instructor-led eLearning sessions. The implementation is categorized as Audio Video and Web Conferencing and was operated as a centrally provisioned service for cross-departmental communication and event delivery.
Cisco Webex Meetings was configured to deliver core web conferencing capabilities consistent with the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, including scheduled webinars, participant management, recording and playback, screen sharing, and live training facilitation. Cisco Webex Meetings served as the delivery layer for multimedia content and synchronous learning, enabling content owners to manage session staging, attendee access, and recorded assets for reuse in internal learning repositories.
Operational use was concentrated in marketing, corporate finance and the learning and development function, where the National Marketing Coordinator and eLearning developer roles routinely facilitated live Webex sessions. The firm continued parallel use of its CRM system, Dynamics 365, for client and contact data used in event invitations and reporting, and Webex session outputs were referenced when updating intranet news and campaign collateral.
Governance for the Webex environment was practiced through event-centric workflows run by marketing and learning teams, covering content review, session scheduling, and post-event asset management. The platform use strengthened cross-department communication between marketing and corporate finance and became the standard channel for remote presentations and internal training at RSM UK.
