In 2013, A.A.G. Stucchi implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling category. The deployment aimed to formalize production planning and scheduling workflows for the manufacturer based in Olginate, Lombardy, covering core planning, shop floor control and materials planning functions.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) was configured to deliver standard Advanced Planning and Scheduling capabilities, including material requirements planning, production orders and routing, capacity planning and shop floor scheduling. Configuration work emphasized master data alignment for bills of materials, routings and work center profiles to support deterministic MRP runs and planned order release.
The PP implementation was integrated with core ERP modules MM, SD, FI and CO to enable end-to-end order to cash and procure to pay flows and to keep material availability, costing and financial posting synchronized. Implementation services and technical delivery were provided by Easynet Group, which coordinated configuration, system testing and cutover activities.

PTC Creo was used for detailed 3D part and assembly modeling, creation of image-only installation instructions, and support for rapid prototyping via an on-site 3D printer.
