SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) Advanced Planning and Scheduling SCM Easynet Group 2013 2014
In 2013, A.A.G. Stucchi implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling category. The deployment aimed to formalize production planning and scheduling workflows for the manufacturer based in Olginate, Lombardy, covering core planning, shop floor control and materials planning functions. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) was configured to deliver standard Advanced Planning and Scheduling capabilities, including material requirements planning, production orders and routing, capacity planning and shop floor scheduling. Configuration work emphasized master data alignment for bills of materials, routings and work center profiles to support deterministic MRP runs and planned order release. The PP implementation was integrated with core ERP modules MM, SD, FI and CO to enable end-to-end order to cash and procure to pay flows and to keep material availability, costing and financial posting synchronized. Implementation services and technical delivery were provided by Easynet Group, which coordinated configuration, system testing and cutover activities. Governance and program leadership were assigned to the company Business Process and ICT Manager, who defined ICT strategy and acted as SAP Project Manager for PP, MM, SD, FI and CO, establishing process owners, testing governance and phased rollout coordination. The rollout targeted production, planning and procurement teams and institutionalized change control and release processes to align operational planning with corporate ICT strategy.

PTC Legacy PTC Creo Computer-Aided Design (CAD) PLM and Engineering n/a 2014 2014
A.A.G. Stucchi implemented PTC Creo in 2014 to establish an in-house Computer-Aided Design (CAD) capability for mechanical engineering. The deployment centered on mechanical 3D design for metallic and polymer components used in lighting systems and for fixtures that support semi-finished and finished products, and it was applied at the Olginate site to support engineering activities and product development workflows. PTC Creo was used for detailed 3D part and assembly modeling, creation of image-only installation instructions, and support for rapid prototyping via an on-site 3D printer. Operational scope included mechanical design engineering, technical documentation for installation, and prototype fabrication, with CAD-driven workflows embedded into engineering and prototyping processes to standardize part definition and assembly documentation.
