Integration points emphasized contextual document retrieval from customer records, embedded content links into CRM and SFDC transactions, CTI driven screen context for call handling and automated handoff of documents into provisioning processes while retaining the enterprise repository as the authoritative store. Governance and rollout were led by the ICT Area for Customer mgmt of A2A Energia, aligning document access policies with customer management and call center processes. The program formalized workflow templates and access rules to route content across front office and back office teams and established content governance tied to customer experience operations.
