Operational ownership spanned billing, collections, dispatch coordination, and payroll support, with daily activities including contacting drivers and brokers to obtain missing paperwork, calling brokers and customers for unpaid invoices, and coordinating with dispatch on questions about driver loads. Governance focused on strict invoice number based sorting, scanning discipline, and daily exception handling to assure driver paperwork was processed correctly. Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise supported collections call workflows, statement generation, and check issuance within the billing to cash cycle.
