In 2015, Aareon implemented Nitro eSign Embedded to enable e-signatures across its real estate and property management agreements. The deployment integrated the Nitro eSign Embedded Digital Signing solution directly into the Aareon ERP environment, aligning electronic signature capabilities with contract lifecycle workflows for rental contracts, real estate and mortgage transactions.
The implementation configured core Digital Signing capabilities to Send, Sign and Track documents from within the Aareon ecosystem. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included parallel, sequential and custom signing order workflows, multi-signer support, reassignment of signers, batch signing of document packages, tracking and nudge reminder logic, and issuance of certified and eIDAS compliant electronic signatures suitable for qualified signing.
Integration work focused on embedding Nitro Sign workflows into Aareon ERP screens so users never leave the Aareon environment to manage signature transactions. The integration provided a consolidated status overview of documents and their signing states, in-ERP retrieval of signed documents, and end to end visibility for property management and contract administrators, preserving document context inside Aareon records.
Governance and operational change centered on moving signature orchestration into existing Aareon processes to increase process effectiveness and to reduce document handling. The solution emphasized mobile friendly signing, compliance with eIDAS and other regional signature laws, and a single ecosystem approach for real estate and property management agreement execution. Connective is now a Nitro Company and the rebranded Nitro Sign offering underpins the embedded Digital Signing experience for Aareon.
