The HR Operations team managed the background check review process for all candidates and employees, and assisted with implementation of background check authorization for current employees, while serving as the primary contact to troubleshoot Workday-related screening workflows.
Governance and process controls were formalized through the documented procedures, package definitions, and structured review cadence, enabling consistent compliance with federal and state screening requirements across business functions. Responsibility for case management, escalation to HR Generalists and managers, and coordination with training resources was centralized in HR Operations to sustain operational consistency and compliance.
