Maintenance and data integrity reviews of the NextGen system were part of the operational scope, supporting accurate loan file documentation and adherence to the bank retention policy. Governance centered on retention policy monitoring, data integrity checks, and role based operational procedures for Loan Operations staff. The rollout emphasized operational workflows for document capture, indexing, retrieval and core navigation, plus staffed support for special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned by the Loan Operations Manager.
