In 2019, ACCESSbank deployed Fiserv Premier Bank Platform as its Core Banking solution. The implementation focused on centralizing loan servicing and document imaging workflows for ACCESSbank's lending operations in Omaha, NE and supporting Loan Imaging Specialists and the Loan Operations Manager.
ACCESSbank configured Fiserv Premier Bank Platform with Fiserv Director for imaging and document indexing and Fiserv Navigator for core account navigation and servicing workflows. Loan Imaging Specialists scanned and indexed all loan documents within Fiserv Director, assigning document types from an extensive catalog, and navigated Fiserv Navigator to fulfill phone and email requests for payoff letters, releases, payments, advances and other loan servicing actions. Maintenance and data integrity reviews of the NextGen system were part of the operational scope, supporting accurate loan file documentation and adherence to the bank retention policy.
Governance centered on retention policy monitoring, data integrity checks, and role based operational procedures for Loan Operations staff. The rollout emphasized operational workflows for document capture, indexing, retrieval and core navigation, plus staffed support for special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned by the Loan Operations Manager.
