In 2020, Accord Healthcare implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to address Core HR requirements across its international organization. The engagement ran under a delivery lead contract from February 2020 to August 2021 and prioritized the harmonisation of HR processes across entities. The deployment configured SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support recruitment, core HR, performance management and learning management processes, and included supplemental work on supply chain improvement initiatives. Configuration emphasized template based process models and employee lifecycle workflows consistent with Core HR functional expectations. Deployment structure was a joint global rollout with the parent company, delivering the business and technical implementation into 28 countries and entities across Europe and North America. Release coordination relied on a centralized delivery pipeline and a Design Authority to enforce standardised tools and templates during handoffs across technical and business teams. Governance actions established a global process and functional ownership model to create accountability during implementation, then transitioned that model into ongoing template governance via the Design Authority and delivery pipeline. The implementation impacted HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and performance teams, and required sustained cross functional and cross entity stakeholder management to harmonise disparate processes into a standardised model.
