The implementation consumed data from a custom Amazon Seller Central integration that automated ecommerce order, pricing and inventory flows and provided near real-time inventory visibility to downstream reporting.
VAI Cloud executed the integration work and provisioned the analytics environment, integrating VAI S2K Enterprise data with the Amazon Seller Central connector and operational reporting layers. Process changes centered on automating order-to-fulfillment workflows and reducing manual interventions, with outcomes including approximately 90% automation of the related workload and improved real-time inventory accuracy.
