In 2023, Ad Majoris implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial system. The deployment uses SAP ECC6 on Hana and was scoped to support the company profile of 33 employees and approximately 10 million euros in turnover, reflecting the needs of a contract manufacturer of thermoplastic composites for injection, extrusion, blow moulding and thermoforming applications.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to activate and integrate FI and CO for financial accounting and controlling, SD for order to cash, MM for procure to pay and inventory management, and QM for quality management tied to manufacturing processes. Configuration work included financial master data, cost center and internal order structures, sales and material master configuration, pricing and inspection plan setup, and cross module transaction flows connecting FI and CO with operational modules.
Operational coverage was limited in user scale, with 18 named users provisioned across finance, sales, procurement, production quality and operations, aligning system access to the functional responsibilities of a small manufacturing organization. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation supports business functions including accounting, controlling, sales order management, purchasing, inventory control and quality management within Ad Majoris manufacturing processes.
Applium served as the system integrator and led configuration, testing and go live activities, and the engagement included module by module rollout sequencing, user training and establishment of governance processes for transactional ownership and master data stewardship. Post go live governance emphasized role based access, finance and quality workflow controls, and structured support handover to operational owners.

In 2023, Ad Majoris implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Materials Management (MM) as its Inventory Management solution. The deployment was provisioned on an SAP ECC6 on HANA environment already hosting FI, CO, SD, MM, and QM modules, and was configured for approximately 18 active users supporting the French thermoplastic composites manufacturer.
Applium delivered and configured SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Materials Management (MM) to manage material master records, procurement to invoice touchpoints, goods receipt and goods issue processing, stock posting and valuation workflows, and inventory transaction recording. The MM implementation was integrated with FI and CO to align inventory valuation and accounting flows, with SD to reconcile sales related stock movements, and with QM to incorporate inspection results into receipt and release processing. Operational coverage included procurement, warehouse operations and production support teams, with governance established for material master data and batch controls and standard goods movement procedures to enforce consistent inventory transactions. The project scaled Inventory Management capabilities to the company size of 33 employees and 10 million euros turnover, aligning MM configuration with the existing SAP module landscape.
