In 2023 Adamed implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to establish a centralized Compensation Management capability across the organization. The deployment was delivered as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors suite that includes Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and Succession & Development.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was configured to use Employee Central as the authoritative HR master data source and to consume Performance & Goals ratings for eligibility and planning logic, leveraging standard compensation planning workflows. The implementation followed cloud native SuccessFactors architecture patterns to centralize plan templates, approval chains, role based permissions, and compensation plan modeling. Configuration work focused on plan administration, eligibility rules, approval routing, and alignment to talent calibration workflows.
Operational scope encompassed HR, talent management, and recruiting functions for Adamed's Poland operations, with program leadership and HR transformation activity based in Warsaw. The rollout was phased and emphasized structured user training and change management, reflecting explicit project capabilities in user training and human resources transformations. Governance established centralized compensation policy controls and workflow enforcement inside SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to align pay processes with recruiting, onboarding, and succession processes.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation is articulated as the enterprise application for Compensation Management at Adamed, and it is integrated functionally with Employee Central and Talent modules to support recurring merit and incentive cycles. The implementation positions SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to manage compensation planning and approvals in concert with the companys broader talent lifecycle systems.
