Support scope included ongoing data audits with recommendations for changes, frontline support to unit HR teams on queries, and preparation of user guides and training materials to sustain operations. Governance emphasized adherence to standard operating procedures and regular data quality audits to maintain policy compliance across absence and review processes. Responsibilities included producing stakeholder reports, supporting ad hoc reporting requests, and continuous process improvement activities focused on PeopleSoft configuration and operational workflows.
