| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor Senior Living | Healthcare ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 | In 2014, Advantaged Care implemented Epicor Senior Living. The Epicor Senior Living Healthcare ERP was deployed to centralize resident billing and financial management across its New South Wales aged care facilities. The deployment emphasized Epicor SLS billing capabilities and Epicor Financials configuration to support end to end billing, collections and allocation of payments, direct debit processing, processing of adjustments and journal entries, and maintenance of bond and RAD registers. System configuration incorporated fee rate updates as released by the Department of Human Services, accounts receivable control procedures, and month end reconciliation workflows that combined system generated reports with MS Excel. Integrations and platform work included implementation of XL Connect and patch upgrades for Epicor SLS and Financials, budget worksheet uploads into Epicor to feed FRx reporting, and ongoing vendor work order management with Epicor alongside the internal IT team for issue triage and resolution. Operational coverage spanned accounting and billing teams, payroll support functions, CFO reporting activities, and routine interactions with NSW Trustee and Guardian and auditors for debts, bond refunds and subsidy calculations. Governance practices established user acceptance testing for software updates, supervised training and mentoring of accounts officers, and regular management reporting on debtor issues and recovery processes. System administration responsibilities included managing work orders issued to the Epicor vendor, implementing updates with minimal disruption, and maintaining Epicor Senior Living as the organization s primary Healthcare ERP. |
