Payroll data was managed by exporting rosters into Chris21 from RosterOn, processing fortnightly payroll in Chris21, and producing wage export files for direct credit and internet banking; statutory deductions and payments such as PAYG, Centrelink interactions, child support and superannuation contributions were executed from those payroll outputs.
Governance and process design retained a formal payroll function, reporting to a Payroll Manager with a dedicated Payroll and Billings Officer responsible for end to end payroll processing, payroll reconciliation and accounts receivable entry. The rollout formalized fortnightly payroll cycles, roster export and payroll reconciliation procedures, and consolidated billing and resident ledger workflows into Epicor ERP and SLS to standardize financial operations across sites.
