In 2004 Aeronamic implemented ISAH ERP as its core Manufacturing ERP, establishing a transactional backbone for production and inventory operations at the company in the Netherlands. ISAH ERP functions as the primary system for production planning, bill of materials management, inventory control, procurement transactions and shop floor order execution, aligning ERP transaction flows with manufacturing schedules and parts movements.
The ISAH ERP deployment was configured around standard Manufacturing ERP modules including material requirements planning, BOM management, routing and production order management, and inventory valuation. ISAH ERP is used to capture operational transactions and production order status while engineering and product definition are managed in a separate PLM environment, creating a clear division between transactional execution and product lifecycle data.
Aeronamic operates a two system structure with ISAH ERP integrated with Aras PLM to manage product data and work instruction lifecycles, and the company has an explicit ambition to establish Aras as the leading system for all manufacturing information including management of work instruction documents. This implementation profile focuses governance and process redesign efforts on authoritative source control, BOM and document handoff procedures, and synchronization of part metadata and document publishing workflows between ISAH ERP and Aras PLM, and current research at Aeronamic centers on improving the document management process to clarify roles and automation across the two systems.
