The deployment included campaign management for survey outreach, anonymity and response tracking, and dashboarding for HR and people leaders to interpret strengths based signals. The application served as the primary mechanism for collecting engagement data used alongside strengths based talent development activities including CliftonStrengths coaching. Operational coverage encompassed HR, learning and development, RA/QA, compliance and lab operations teams, and extended to high potential managers and business leaders for follow on development. The implementation integrated engagement survey outputs into existing talent assessment and succession planning processes to inform role tailored learning interventions. Governance established an annual cadence for survey administration and a communication protocol owned by the L&D function to manage deployment and follow up. Rollout relied on in person and web based facilitation to translate survey results into strengths based workshops and coaching sessions, linking Gallup Q12 feedback to actionable development plans. Ongoing administration remained with the learning and development team responsible for coordinating survey cycles and stakeholder communications.
