The MYOB AccountRight implementation concentrated on supplier invoice entry and accounts payable workflows, leveraging the application’s accounts payable, general ledger posting, and chart of accounts capabilities to standardize transaction coding and supplier master data. Configuration work emphasized invoice data entry templates, tax code mapping, and batch posting routines, while standard reconciliation and ledger posting procedures were used to maintain the integrity of financial records.
Operational use centered on finance staff performing invoice capture, coding, approval tracking and posting to the general ledger, with processes adjusted to centralize invoice receipt and reduce ad hoc record keeping. In 2014 AINS Telecom deployed ADP PayForce to manage Payroll across the company. ADP PayForce was used to centralize payroll processing and to capture employee time-sheets for a 40 person professional services firm.
Payroll responsibilities were handled individually within finance using ADP PayForce, covering employee record maintenance, time-sheets, superannuation, PAYG and Work Cover administration. The finance team maintained an up-to-date general ledger and executed month end adjustment journal entries to account for depreciation of leased business equipment.
Accounts Payable operations record invoices and process payments via EFT, credit card and cheque, and incoming payments are received and recorded daily. Accounts Receivable workflows include preparing and checking monthly invoices for integrity and accuracy, making debt collection phone calls, issuing reminder notices, service suspension notices and default notices, and handling customer billing disputes in accordance with company policies and Telephone Industry Ombudsman legislation. Monthly reconciliations include bank account reconciliations, business credit card reconciliations and supplier invoice reconciliations for telecommunications and data service providers such as Telstra, Optus, AAPT and TPG.

In 2015, AINS Telecom implemented Cisco Jabber. Cisco Jabber, an Audio Video and Web Conferencing application from Cisco Systems, was deployed across the company to consolidate real time voice, presence, messaging and video collaboration for the 40 person Australian professional services firm.
The implementation configured Cisco Jabber as the primary softphone and unified communications client, enabling presence, instant messaging, audio and video sessions and client side call control. Cisco Jabber was integrated with contact center tooling to support agent workflows, and the deployment included configuration of call handling profiles, presence policies and desktop integration with the customer relationship management system.
Backend integration and architecture connected Cisco Jabber to existing telephony provisioning and contact center layers, with explicit backend software integrations to Finesse, Jabber, Frontier, Engin wholesale and voicemanager, Vocus and the CRM. The solution architecture linked Jabber clients to contact center orchestration via Cisco Finesse and to telephony trunks and provisioning services provided through Engin wholesale, Frontier and carrier services from Vocus, while CRM integration enabled screen pops and call logging.
Rollout and governance focused on staged adoption across contact center, customer service and sales functions, with centralized user provisioning, call routing governance and CRM synchronization controls. Operational governance emphasized configuration management for presence and call handling, and coordinated updates between the Cisco Jabber clients and the listed backend telephony and contact center systems.
