| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Aircall implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate global accounting and create a unified finance platform. Aircall selected NetSuite OneWorld as its ERP Financial backbone to centralize cross-border ledgers and provide a single source of truth for invoice, customer and journal level reporting.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured with core financial modules and later expanded with the Advanced Revenue Management module to address complex revenue recognition. The implementation includes accounts receivable and billing workflows as the company is switching invoice to cash into NetSuite and plans to migrate its subscription engine into the same ERP, aligning billing, revenue recognition and general ledger posting within one system.
The rollout internalized accounting processes that had previously relied on spreadsheets exchanged with external accountants, removing dual-format data flows and enabling direct auditor access to NetSuite for financial reviews. Aircall pursued NetSuite over alternative midmarket ERPs, citing regional availability of experienced integrators in Paris as a factor, and positioned the system to support audits and consolidated reporting across its international footprint.
Governance was driven by the finance leadership team who chose to centralize accounting ownership and to use NetSuite OneWorld for drill-down analytics across transactional records. The implementation delivered a consolidated financial view and improved navigability to invoice, customer and journal level detail, and the company expects that providing auditors direct access to NetSuite will reduce audit friction and save time.

| Zoom Video Communications | Legacy | Zoom | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Aircall implemented Zoom to provide browser-accessible conferencing from its public website, establishing Zoom as the primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing capability surfaced to external participants. The deployment exposes Zoom meeting links and web client join flows on site pages to enable real-time audio and video sessions for external stakeholders, while also supporting internal collaboration across the 600-employee professional services organization based in the United States.
The implementation concentrates on core Zoom functional modules such as real-time video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, and scheduled meeting workflows, with the Zoom application used both as an embedded web client and as a desktop/mobile client for staff. Operational scope spans customer-facing website entry points and internal meeting processes, and governance centers on standardized meeting links, attendee access controls, and coordination of web-initiated conferencing with Aircall’s customer engagement and sales workflows.

| Ironclad | Legacy | Ironclad CLM | Contract Lifecycle Management | Content Management | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Aircall implemented Ironclad CLM to centralize and standardize contracting across its globally distributed teams. The Ironclad CLM deployment was scoped to support Contract Lifecycle Management for Legal operations and cross-functional contract flows across offices in Paris, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin and remote locations.
Configuration work focused on contract authoring templates, a searchable clause library, automated approval routing, contract validation checks and signature orchestration, together with document management and knowledge management capabilities. Implementation included role based access controls, template management, workflow orchestration, automated notifications and audit logging to support legal review and Commercial Counsel oversight.
The Aircall deployment paired Ironclad CLM with eSignature capabilities and with other legal operations tooling to automate signature and validation processes, positioning Ironclad CLM as the central contract repository for Legal and for cross functional stakeholders including Commercial, Sales and Finance. The solution was provisioned as a cloud based SaaS instance to provide global access, centralized governance and unified contract storage.
Governance and process work was driven by the Legal Operations function, which implemented internal contract creation, validation and signature procedures, maintained legal department policies and managed company wide ad hoc legal projects. The Legal Operations Specialist role at Aircall was explicitly charged with implementing and managing current and future legal systems, developing automation and internal tools, and supporting basic drafting and review under Commercial Counsel supervision.
