SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was used as the authoritative transaction system for account issue cases referenced by operations staff, and standard ERP capabilities were configured to manage master data and financial transaction traceability.
Integrations were implemented between SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and frontline systems used by operations, including Salesforce for customer interaction records, GoCanvas Business Forms for field data capture, and a BI layer using Microsoft Power BI and Power Query for delivery and usage analytics. Operational coverage extended into a department supporting more than 300 drivers, technicians and managers, with SAP ECC feeding reconciliations and supporting credentialing and device assignment workflows used by that team.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with responsibilities for software credentialing, mobile phone assignment, and continuation of an online ordering site managed alongside SAP ERP ECC 6.0 operations. The program also produced operational artifacts, including Power BI dashboards that provided managers daily KPI visibility and an online ordering site that reduced transit time and shipping costs by routing employee orders directly to a warehouse.
