Workday Microsoft Dynamics SL Workday Financial Management ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, ATPCO implemented Workday Financial Management, replacing Microsoft Dynamics SL. The Workday Financial Management deployment addressed core ERP Financial functions and was configured for expense management, procurement, security controls and financial reporting, with standard ERP Financial workflows such as accounts payable and general ledger processing aligned to the finance organization. Deliverables named in the engagement included design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of Workday modules, explicitly covering Expenses, Integrations, Security, Procurement and Reporting. The architecture centralized Workday Financial Management as a cloud financial system and incorporated integrations with ServiceNow, while parallel Dynamics 365 maintenance and enhancement activities were maintained as part of the application landscape. Integrations and reporting were scoped to support finance operations and procurement workflows, and governance workstreams emphasized configuration controls, security role design and integration management. The implementation therefore positioned Workday Financial Management as ATPCOs primary ERP Financial platform supporting finance department processes and ongoing maintenance cycles.

Tableau Software Legacy Tableau Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 ATPCO implemented Tableau to provide Analytics and BI capabilities focused on Finance and Revenue reporting. The deployment aimed to surface Revenues and Expenses across the company, enabling FP&A and Finance teams to consume interactive visual analytics rather than relying solely on manual spreadsheets. Tableau was configured to support self-service dashboards and ad hoc visual analysis for revenue, billing, accounts receivable and invoice reporting, reflecting standard Analytics and BI workflows such as dashboarding, filtering, drilldown, and scheduled extracts. Configuration emphasized month-end AR schedules, accounts receivable journal review, and billing detail visibility to align the visual layer with existing financial controls and reporting cadences. Operationally the implementation was led within the Finance Division, with the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle and the FP&A team collaborating to define data requirements and analytic use cases. The work included coordination with IT and Marketing for data feeds and display, and extended to business users who serve as points of contact for billing questions and auditor inquiries, so the Tableau deployment supported Finance, FP&A, billing and collections processes across the company. Governance incorporated existing finance approval processes, using Finance review and approval workflows to validate dashboard data and definitions, and leveraging month-end close artifacts for ongoing reconciliation. The Tableau implementation produced company-wide visibility of Revenues and Expenses through visual analytics and supported Finance staff in understanding accounting context, while routine manual invoice production and AR collection processes remained in place.
