| Azentio | Legacy | Azentio Amlock (formerly 3i Infotech AMLOCK) | AML, Fraud and Compliance | TRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 | In 2020, AlKifah Holding implemented Azentio Amlock (formerly 3i Infotech AMLOCK) as its core AML, Fraud and Compliance application across the group. The deployment was positioned within the holding company application estate to provide enterprise level transaction monitoring and suspicious activity management for the organization. Azentio Amlock was configured to deliver category standard functional modules including customer screening and watchlist matching, transaction monitoring and rules engine, alert generation and triage, case management and investigation workflows, and compliance reporting. Role based access controls, configurable detection rules, and audit trail capabilities were implemented to support operational case workflows and analyst review processes. The implementation was executed as part of a broader applications portfolio that included SAP ERP, Kastle Universal Lending System, Command Alkon for construction operations, Pioneer School Management System, and a set of in house applications. Amlock was operated within the group shared services model and hosted alongside the company data center and application management functions overseen by the IT organization. Governance and operational ownership were aligned with a federated IT model instituted by the holding company, which established five new IT departments and defined IT governance policies, frameworks, processes, and SLAs. Azentio Amlock was placed under these governing policies for compliance operations, with centralized policy setting at the holding level and federated day to day operational responsibility across subsidiaries. |
