Infor Legacy Infor Lawson HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium implemented Infor Lawson HCM as its enterprise Core HR platform. The engagement positioned Infor Lawson HCM to serve as the centralized HR record and payroll coordination system for an organization of approximately 2500 employees in the United States. Technical delivery included development of custom ETL tools to automate migration of HR and payroll data to Infor Lawson HCM and to Kronos, establishing transformation logic and scheduled data pipelines. The project configured core HR functionality in Infor Lawson HCM and integrated payroll interfaces with Kronos to support payroll processing and workforce timekeeping flows. Testing and validation were executed through staged phases, with technical and functional test scripts created for beta testing to conference room pilot CRP and for system integration testing through user acceptance testing UAT. Test scenarios covered payroll data integrity, HR master data validation, and end to end interface processing to Kronos. Implementation support included business analyst assistance for requirements gathering and gap analysis, specifically addressing the SCM PO approval workflow to define approval routing and role based access across HR and procurement touchpoints. Operational governance encompassed cross functional coordination between HR, payroll, and procurement teams to align processes and rollout sequencing for Infor Lawson HCM.
