Operational integration extended beyond the ECC application, with transactional processing in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and data ingested from SAP BW, SAP BPC and SAP GRC into an AWS managed data layer, and visualization delivered through Tableau. This architecture combined on‑application financial processing with an AWS-based data product layer and Tableau analytics to support finance reporting and analytics.
Governance and operational ownership emphasize a Technical Product Owner model responsible for enabling Finance with end to end automated data products, managing AWS data artifacts, and coordinating ingestion from SAP ECC, BW, BPC and GRC as well as external sources. Rollout and ongoing stewardship focused on finance organization coverage and centralized data governance for reporting, with the product owner and finance IT teams accountable for configuration controls and data pipeline reliability.

The project was executed as a cross-country program that supported consistent HR program delivery and regional coordination of benefits policies.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with the HR transformation program centralizing the HR function concept, addressing execution barriers, and reducing silos to create a more collaborative operating model. Workday Benefits was embedded as the benefits administration platform to enforce standardized workflows and governance across the covered regions.
