This account tracking supported auditability of user roles and access changes between Infor SunSystems and the FRP Collect application. Operational scope encompassed finance and accounting departments in France, with governance centered on role based access controls and centralized financial process ownership. Change control and staged rollout practices were applied to align transaction processing and month end workflows with the new Infor SunSystems ERP Financial environment.
