The implementation tied into ongoing day-to-day operations, where team members processed and reconciled daily activities for a full case load of retirement plans, and the platform supported participant call center operations through scheduling and call trend tracking managed on site in the Wichita, Kansas metropolitan area. Governance and process work streams included special projects managed through Relius Administration to implement changes to process and procedure driven by changing regulations and market needs. Relius served as the control point for configuration updates and operational procedure adjustments, with project management responsibilities assigned to internal staff for participant services and administration.
