AccurSee for UC4 supplied comparison reports that highlighted inconsistencies in UC4 objects and conditions, enabling more accurate preproduction testing and enforcement of automation object parity.
Technically the solution operated against UC4 Applications Manager, formerly AppWorx, and provided operational teams with artifact-level comparisons across development, test, and production automation environments. UC4 Operations and Administration teams used the environment reports to identify configuration drift and to reduce the risk of incorrect job conditions being promoted to production, aligning workload automation with IT operations and application release workflows.
Governance and process changes centered on formalizing an automation promotion process that incorporated AccurSee reports as a gate for promotions, consistent with published best practices for UC4. The AllSouth deployment leveraged AppWorx Workload Automation and AccurSee for UC4 to shorten batch testing cycles, improve production automation quality, and proactively identify batch issues prior to promotion.
