Configuration work emphasized role-based journey templates and localized reward options to reflect country-specific recognition preferences within Alpek Polyester, while JobPts continued to support peer recognition and points-based rewards distribution. Operational scope was HR-centered, covering Alpek Polyester sites across multiple countries and engaging more than 4,000 employees in the recognition program. Governance was administered through central HR program ownership with local HR administrators responsible for reward localization and operational execution, enabling coordinated rollout and ongoing management of employee journeys and recognition workflows via Semos BoardFlo as part of ALPEK’s Employee Experience platform. |
