Operational governance centralized approval workflows and exception management within AP, with supply chain analysts processing exceptions through Kofax MarkView and coordinating with procurement on discrepancies. The implementation emphasized automated capture, controlled exception routing, and system-to-system posting to Oracle E-Business Suite, creating a governed accounts payable workflow that intersects procurement and manufacturing purchasing practices.

UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper was therefore used to operationalize timekeeping and support downstream HR and payroll activities. Supporting administrative processes included an internal client filing system where personnel located and attached appropriate files to incoming correspondence that required replies, indicating integrated document handling and case management around timekeeping inquiries. Governance focused on procedural controls for timecard submission and correspondence attachments, with HR and administrative teams responsible for day-to-day operations and record maintenance.
