The implementation scoped project accounting and interfaced time and expense capture, with data entry and data quality controls built into automated systems, and use of SharePoint and Power BI for operational reporting and data calls. Integrations explicitly included AMRO for procurement tooling, Hyland OnBase for contract and document management, IBM Cognos for reporting, and Deltek Time and Expense for labor capture, maintaining connectivity between supplier records, purchase orders, invoices, timekeeping and program financials. The integration set supports supplier performance management, coordination with subcontractors and service providers, and delivery of data outputs to Finance, Accounts Payable and program leadership. Governance and workflow redesign aligned the Deltek CostPoint implementation to federal compliance requirements, including FAR and DFARS, and to Contractor Purchasing System Review standards used by DCMA and DCAA.
