Governance for the program was structured as a large-scale transformation across AMX Latin American operators with NEC Corporation and Netcracker providing delivery leadership, and rollout plans aimed at consolidating and standardizing OSS platforms. Stated business objectives included accelerating time-to-market, improving business agility and delivering an improved customer experience.
