Implementation prioritized configuration of calendar year end management for five entities, automated financial reporting templates, and operational dashboards that give directors and VPs direct access to current financial snapshots. The APS finance team worked iteratively with RKL eSolutions to tailor modules and pacing, avoiding rushed cutovers and ensuring users could navigate entity structure and reporting hierarchies.
Operational coverage focused on the finance department, executive directors, and governance stakeholders across the eight societies, with the system used to inform program decisions such as smaller educational courses. Integrations included third party plug ins used to extend functionality, and RKL eSolutions provided ongoing escalation and remediation support when plug in issues arose. The deployment remained cloud based, enabling remote access for internal stakeholders and supporting the organization’s need for timely, accessible financial information.
APS reports that Sage Intacct delivered faster, more accurate information and substantial time savings through dashboards and drill down reporting, enabling quicker reaction and planning. Sage Intacct is used as the ERP Financial backbone to centralize finance, reporting, and analysis, improving visibility into revenue streams and supporting strategic decisions.
