Operational coverage included training and rollout across the St. Louis STL, Philadelphia PHL, and California CA offices, with the team conducting configuration work on the accounting side for site-level reporting. The project team assisted in implementing a Local Service Group Work Order Management software for field technicians and aligned the Vista Viewpoint accounting setup with that field work order data to enable financial reporting from field operations.
Governance and process changes were implemented alongside the reimplementation in 2018 and 2019, including a formal AP review procedure, revised job billing controls, and a structured monthly WIP review cadence with operations leading into final review with the general manager. The role also encompassed oversight of cost accounting, AP and payroll specialists before and after COVID related department impacts, support for interim and fiscal year end audits, and ongoing sales and use tax filing for the St. Louis and Philadelphia offices.
