In 2021, Ammeraal Beltech implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial platform to establish a unified core for finance and operational processes. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment targeted finance management, procurement, inventory control and manufacturing operations across the companys manufacturing footprint.
Configuration focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, multi entity accounting, purchase to pay and order to cash workflows, inventory valuation and production planning modules. The project emphasized master data stabilization for items, vendors and customers to support consistent transactional processing and statutory reporting.
Integrations were implemented with Salesforce and ECon Product configurator to connect CRM, configured product definitions and commerce to the ERP financial core. The Salesforce linkage provided sales to order synchronization while the ECon Product configurator supplied configured bill of materials and variant pricing into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This integration pattern supports cross functional processes across sales, engineering and finance.
Operational scope included a worldwide rollout planning effort and centralized governance led by an internal Project Application Manager who coordinated configuration, testing and cutover sequencing. Governance emphasized change control, master data ownership and staged functional rollouts across finance, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing teams.
