The work centered on a version transition from 5.4 to 7.2, with SymphonyAI Sensa NetReveal configured to address core financial crime detection workflows. Implementation activity focused on functionality changes related to transaction monitoring, alerts and case management, and on standardized data export formats required for regulatory review and audit evidence. Testing governance was managed end to end, with test plans covering functional validation and data export verification. The testing scope mapped to AMP business functions including AML compliance and financial crime investigation teams, and included staged validation cycles to verify rules changes and export schema consistency. ServiceNow Performance Analytics was deployed to centralize SLA, incident, change, service request and CMDB metrics, aligning the Analytics and BI application to core IT Service Management functions. Configuration work focused on building Performance Analytics indicators, scorecards and real-time dashboards drawing directly from ServiceNow ITSM modules including Change Management, Incident Management and Service Request Management. The Configuration Management Process Owner designed CMDB strategy and implemented a CMDB audit process to improve data integrity, while running a ServiceNow Discovery proof of concept to support configuration data enrichment. Operational coverage included a team of four service managers responsible for Change, Incident, Service Request, CMDB and Service Level Management, with governance activities such as chairing CAB, negotiating contractual SLA targets and auditing SLA reports to meet supplier obligations. Performance Analytics dashboards were used to surface vendor-provided service metrics and to drive Service Improvement Programmes and service catalogue‑based fulfilment standardization. Governance and process transformation included instituting CMDB audit processes to meet APRA compliance requirements and redesigning service catalogue workflows to standardize end to end delivery.
