Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Amsterdam, a New York City Housing Authority Complex implemented Oracle E-Business Suite. The deployment established Oracle E-Business Suite as the core ERP Financial system underpinning capital projects accounting and finance workflows used by CPD at NYCHA. The implementation centered on Oracle Financial modules including purchase orders, grants, and accounts payable, with ETL pipelines built to exchange data to and from Primavera Contract Management and Primavera Project Management. OBIEE reports and dashboards were created, and database schema and report generation routines were developed to deliver web-based drill downs and interactive reporting consumed by CPD websites. The integration architecture comprised custom Web APIs and .NET services developed using Microsoft MVC .Net, C#, VB.Net and Visual Studio 2015, with JQuery, AJAX and IIS used for interactive user interfaces. Oracle 11g hosted the financial schema, ETL processes moved transactional data between Oracle Financial modules and Primavera Contract Management, and code and database artifacts were deployed and migrated across multiple servers. Primavera Project Management 6.1 and Primavera Contract Management 13.1 were explicit integration endpoints. Governance and operational practices included daily interaction with business users for issue resolution, creation of design documents for upcoming modules, workflow definition and delegation of Primavera tasks to the team. The program produced unit test cases and web tests, provided end user training and overviews, and maintained ongoing technical support for the integrated application landscape. Ongoing responsibilities emphasized maintenance and enhancement of Web API surfaces, OBIEE dashboards, database design and ETL methods, along with continued technical support for interfaces implemented in Microsoft .Net Technologies.
